Process & Approach
Research & Discovery – Competitive analysis (Whatnot, Drip, others) + seller interviews.
Problem Definition – Sellers needed easier ways to market, retain, and engage customers without leaving Auqli.
Wireframing & Ideation – Created user flows for Marketing page, Orders V2, Inbox Automation.
UI Design & Prototyping – Light theme with Auqli’s brand accents (#7000FF), focusing on clarity, simplicity, and real-time engagement.
Testing & Iterations – Gathered internal feedback, refined dashboards, and built V2 versions.

Key Features I Designed
1. Marketing Page & Tools
Independent subpages for: Coupons, Referrals, Inbox Campaigns, Inbox Automation
Clear navigation with icon-based cards for each tool
Free vs. Beta vs. Paid feature differentiation
2. Inbox Automation (Seller Retention Tool)
Dynamic messaging with placeholders (e.g., [Customer Name], [Product Name])
Segmentation & personalization flows
Pre-built templates: abandoned cart, win-back, welcome series
CTA buttons linking directly to product/cart pages

Auqli Connect — Building Community Around Shopping
Problem: Low retention, users came once to shop then dropped off.
Approach: Designed a community feature (Auqli Connect) with Blips, Likes, and Follows.
Value Feature: Introduced Like & Follow interaction.
Impact: Increased returning users and added over 12k active members to the platform.
